This plan pays a lumpsum benefit for diagnosis of a covered critical illness.

Voluntary Short-Term Disability

Short-Term Disability insurance assists in replacing a portion of your income if you become unable to work because of a covered accident or illness. Employees may choose the amount of disability benefits to meet their personal needs. With Unum, you may customize your short term disability plan according to what best fits
