Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

Dermalogica has elected Discovery Benefits as our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) partner. If you elect to enroll, you can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health, dental and vision care expenses.

Please Note

The Health Care FSA is not available to you if you are enrolled in the Aetna HSA plan.

Maximum Annual Contribution

Maximum = $2,700
Contributions are made on a pre-tax basis

No More “Use it or Lose It” Rule

In lieu of the 2 ½ month grace period, you
are now allowed a $500 rollover to the next plan year. Any amount over
$500 will be forfeited. You can also still elect the maximum amount for
the new year!

Reimbursement

Discovery Benefits will issue you an FSA
Debit Card or you can complete a reimbursement claim form that can be
submitted to Discovery Benefits along with your receipts.

If you elect to enroll in the dependent care FSA, you may set aside
up to pre-tax dollars for your dependents’ child care expenses.

Maximum Annual Contribution

Maximum = $5,000
Contributions are made on a pre-tax basis

Reimbursement

You must complete a reimbursement claim form that can be submitted to Discovery Benefits along with your receipts.

If you are enrolling in the Health Savings Account medical plan and
will be participating in the funding option, you may enroll in the
limited purpose FSA plan. This plan will allow you to use the FSA funds
for dental, vision and other expenses except medical.

Use pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket transportation/parking
expenses. By doing so pre-tax, you pay less Federal, State and Social
Security taxes. Your take home pay increases so you have more money to
help meet expenses or save for the future.

Maximum Annual Contribution

You can redirect your monthly
transportation/parking expenses. Expenses will be withdrawn from your
paycheck on a semi-monthly basis. The 2018 IRS limit for
Parking/Transportation is $265. If you are interested, please contact
